By providing your contact details, you consent to receive calls, emails, SMS, and other communications from Avito Money and its partners regarding services, updates, and promotions.

You may opt out of marketing communications by contacting us. However, service-related communication may still continue.

8. Charges

Browsing the platform is free. However, certain services may attract fees. Any applicable charges will be communicated before availing the service.

9. Payment Terms

We accept payments via:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• UPI and Wallets

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store sensitive payment details.

10. Security

11. User Obligations

All content, trademarks, and design elements on the platform are the property of Avito Money. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

16. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

17. User Submissions

Any content or feedback submitted by users may be used by the Company without restriction or compensation.

18. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be referred to arbitration under Indian law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Notices

All official communication must be sent in writing through registered communication channels provided by the Company.

21. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company
• Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver
• If any clause is invalid, remaining clauses remain enforceable
